Speaker – Tyson Townsend

Tyson Townsend is an engaging Human Resource Executive with a proven record of leading strategic initiatives that amplify employee engagement. He is known for his strong relationship-building skills, creating inclusive company cultures while curating high-performing, talented teams. His approach and strategy to Human Resources are far from typical. They are fueled by his passion for fostering a positive work environment centered on employee growth and development. He has been in the “”people”” business most of his career, with twenty-eight years in HR Management and nearly a decade of that in the Marine Industry, supporting small to large dealerships.

Tyson has been an HR leader in a variety of industries, including construction, hospitality, precious metals, fine art sales, and marine sales. He is originally from the great state of Oklahoma and has lived in Alaska, Florida, and all over California. However, Las Vegas has proudly been his home for over 20 years. When not managing the business of humans, he loves spending time with his wife and dog, reading, attending concerts, and watching baseball. (His favorite teams are the San Francisco Giants and whoever is playing the Los Angeles Dodgers.)
