Mychal Gorden

Mychal Gorden started his career as a landscape architect and planner focused on the planning and development of real estate projects in various parts of the United States.  Mychal’s core experience includes the master planning and entitlements of large-scale residential communities, golf courses, commercial and mixed-use developments, storage projects, the Havasu Riviera Marina and a vast array of residential projects. By working closely with the design team, consultants, and ownership group throughout the various stages of the development process, Mychal can maintain the creative vision of a project while fulfilling its schedule and goals.  In 2014 Mychal paired his experience with Luke Still to form Desert Land Group – a multi-faceted real estate and development company.  Mychal brings more than 25 years of development and real estate experience to the team.  Together their combined experience has led Desert Land Group to be the leader in land development, storage and real estate in western Arizona.  The Havasu Riviera Marina and the adjacent Riviera master planned community have become a big part of Desert Land Group’s portfolio in recent years.  Mychal was largely responsible for the entitlement, planning and construction oversight of the marina and, as an owner, continues assisting with oversight of the ongoing operations on the marina and the future planning efforts.
