Marcus Rue has more than 15 years of experience as an engineer with a versatile history of project work across the industry. He is skilled in forensic/materials engineering, geotechnical, stormwater, utility projects and marine construction for both the public and private sector and is adept at collaborating with various permitting entities, funding and grant organizations. Currently, Marcus is actively engaged with several U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Districts, the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Department of Natural Resources (DNR), and other state and federal agencies, facilitating the permitting of new and renovated boat launches, marina facilities, breakwaters and other upland facilities. He advocates for a tailored approach to each project, aiming to enhance access and enjoyment of lakes, rivers, trails, and parks for all. Presently, he is involved in projects spanning from Louisiana, Tennessee and Ohio, to Wisconsin, showcasing his dedication to improving waterfront infrastructure nationwide.
