Luke Still

Luke Still started his career as a general certified appraiser in 1998; at the time, he was the youngest certified appraiser in the state of Oregon.  Luke moved to Lake Havasu in 2000 and opened an appraisal business while working towards becoming a designated member of the appraisal institute (MAI), before starting Desert Land Group in 2014 with his partner, Mychal Gorden. Luke brings more than 25 years of real estate appraisal, sales and real estate consulting experience to a wide variety of local, regional, and national clients. Luke’s valuation and consulting experience created a solid foundation and understanding of cash flows, highest and best use and financing.  When combining this experience with his partner, Mychal Gorden, Desert Land Group can provide A-Z real estate and development experience for clients that has led to great success in Lake Havasu City, and across the western United States.  The Havasu Riviera Marina and the adjacent Riviera master planned community have become a big part of Desert Land Group’s portfolio in recent years.  Luke was largely responsible for the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting along with the management of the equity, debit and construction draws for the marina, and now as an owner, continues assisting with financial oversight, budgeting and future planning.
