Josh Conley is the Co-Founder of New Haven Marinas, a marina investment and operating company focused on acquiring, improving, and growing waterfront destinations across the United States. Josh oversees the company’s acquisition strategy, operations, and growth initiatives, with a focus on transforming traditional marinas into diversified waterfront destinations.

Under Josh’s leadership, New Haven Marinas has grown to a portfolio of nine marinas across six states. New Haven’s approach extends beyond dockage and storage to include restaurants, lodging, boat rentals, marine services, fuel operations, RV resorts, and other hospitality-driven revenue streams.

Prior to co-founding New Haven Marinas, Josh spent more than a decade in business development and finance, including helping syndicate more than $200 million in private investment offerings. He brings that combination of investment, operational, and business-development experience to New Haven Marinas as the company continues expanding its national portfolio.
