David Brown, director of business development at GCM since 2018, leverages his expertise in structural concrete, dry stack marina development and value engineering to maximize client benefits. Starting in on-site construction management, he now focuses on project cost analysis, financial proformas, design and planning. At GCM, his experience spans tilt-wall commercial warehousing, mixed-use residential and ASAR developments within GCM’s marine automation division. GCM aims to deliver successful design-build projects through speed and innovation.
