Daniel Rutherford

Dan Rutherford has been engaged in the business of marine investigation and adjusting since 1982. He is a Bonded and Licensed New Hampshire State Police LPI, a licensed Ocean Marine adjuster, and he holds both resident and non-resident adjuster’s licenses throughout the United States. Dan has been qualified through the federal court level on several marine accident, investigation, valuation, and insurance-related subjects. He is a founding member of the International Association of Marine Investigators and was awarded the designation of IAMI-CMI by the Association.
