Dan Grovatt

Dan Grovatt is a senior vice president at Colliers and is a managing director of the firm’s national practice group for Marina and Leisure assets. Dan joined Colliers in 2018 as a founding partner of the Leisure Property Advisors team that specializes in marina and leisure property investment sales across the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean. Dan has been involved in over 60 leisure asset sales in over 20 states and three countries and has advised clients on over $1.5 Billion worth of leisure assets with a focus exclusively on marinas and RV parks.
