Dan Grovatt

Dan Grovatt is a senior vice president at Colliers and managing director of the firm’s national practice group for Marina and Leisure assets. Dan has been involved in over 60 leisure asset sales in over 20 states and three countries and has advised clients on over $1.5 billion worth of leisure assets ranging from marinas, RV parks, and golf courses. He has served a wide range of clients in the leisure asset space from sole property owner-operators to large fund managers. In 2021, Dan was the recipient of the Marina Dock Age Young Leader Award.
