Chris Fontana is the Assistant General Manager at VIP Marina on Lake Travis, where he oversees daily marina operations, including slip leasing, boat and Sea-Doo rentals, party barge operations, ship store management, dock maintenance, customer service, and staff leadership. He is committed to providing a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for both marina tenants and guests.

His responsibilities include managing marina facilities and docks, overseeing ship store operations and inventory, coordinating rental operations, supervising employees, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Also works closely with ownership and vendors to improve operational efficiency and maintain the marina to the highest standards.
