As the principal owner of East Coast Houseboats, Bill has combined his passion for boating with his abilities as a builder to create a truly unique form of on the water living for his clients.  Bill splits his time between their production facility in the Southern Tier of Upstate New York and the waterfront locations that their boats are delivered to throughout the East Coast of the United States.
