Terry Rogers

Terry Rogers is a results-driven Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) executive with more than 20 years of experience leading safety strategy, regulatory compliance, and culture transformation across the marine, hospitality, and retail industries. As regional EHS manager for Safe Harbor Marinas, Terry oversees environmental and safety initiatives across multiple marina locations, integrating OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards into daily operations while promoting proactive hazard prevention and employee engagement.

Throughout his career, which includes leadership roles with Marriott Resorts, Lowe’s Home Centers, and as an entrepreneur, Terry has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and fostering safety cultures that deliver measurable results.

A recognized leader and recipient of multiple operational and safety awards, Terry served on the Board of the Tennessee Marina Association and continues to champion innovation and accountability in marina safety management.
