Speaker – Robert Fowler, Jr.

Robert Fowler is the 2nd generation leader of Fowler Construction and Development; one of Florida’s premier Marina-focused Construction Management firms. The firm specializes in start-to-finish acquisition, planning, permitting, and construction of marinas and related projects. Mr. Fowler is a Certified General Contractor and a licensed Real Estate professional involved in strategic site selection and assessments of potential marina properties as well as feasibility assessments for repositioning or expanding existing facilities and construction of those projects.

Fowler Construction’s marina clients vary across the spectrum of Owner types and include local owners of individual properties, independent developers, small business owners of multiple marinas, and very large developers and operators.

Current marina projects include post-hurricane triage boatyards, repositioning of existing boatyards, new marina development, development of municipal-leased marinas, strategic acquisition of marina or potential marina assets, and construction of many ancillary projects including restaurant, retail, service, sales, self-storage, and a variety of marina amenity buildings.

Rob is in his 30th year of marriage with four kids to prove it (they’re now mostly adults). He and his wife Christy enjoy travelling throughout the US and Caribbean, and when scheduling allows, Rob is a licensed Alaskan fishing guide (from Florida – go figure).
