Kyle T. Watson

Kyle Watson is a litigation attorney in Fisher Phillips Safety Solutions’ Charlotte, North Carolina office. While at Fisher Phillips, Watson has represented employers in actions under the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act as well as in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims under the North Carolina Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act. He also focuses a large part of his practice on assisting employers with workplace safety and OSHA matters including OSHA inquiries, inspections, and the litigation process up to and including trial. Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Kyle was a trial attorney practicing insurance defense in Columbia, South Carolina.
