Bruce Lunde

After 15 years in the nuclear power industry, Bruce Lunde found his passion in the marina industry. Having been a sailor since the 1970s, waterfront design and marina operations fascinated Lunde. Since 1994, Lunde has facilitated in most facets of marina development including designing, permitting, funding, constructing, operating and planning. He is now nationally recognized within the marina industry as a speaker and author on marina design, renovations and ADA-related construction. His expertise includes project management, planning, feasibility studies, cost estimating, budgeting and scheduling, engineering and design, management of engineering teams and trades people, contract and contractor oversight, and general project construction management and orchestration.
