Charles Skinner

Charles Skinner is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Marine Insurance Professional (CMIP), as well as the executive vice president of Wade S. Dunbar Agency.  Skinner is in charge of Marine Insurance House, a division of Wade S Dunbar Agency. He has specialized in writing marine insurance for 14 years with key area being marinas, yacht clubs, slip owners association and boat builders. Skinner has been actively involved in the retail insurance field for 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
