Gerard H. McDonough

Gerard H. McDonough is president of Marinevest and managing director of Rhode Island and Connecticut offices of Integra Realty Resources. He has been actively involved in marine real estate appraisals for more than 25 years throughout the United States and in Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama and the Caribbean. In addition to being a member of several state marine trade groups, McDonough is on the executive board of the American Boat Builders and Repairers Association (ABBRA) and holds the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute. He is a Certified General Appraiser in eight states and has written several articles on marina valuation.
