Roxanne Rockvam was exposed to sales early on at her family’s marina, starting with lemonade stands until she went on payroll at age 7. She enjoys making money, but also enjoys showing others how to increase their sales. She has a degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management; however, she has learned even more from jumping into the new school marketing world and learning the tactics not taught in a classroom. Rockvam has developed a marketing technique, created a daily blog, and was even pushed to start the brand Pontoon Girl to test her own marketing theory. Besides selling stuff online, she likes to go to Disney World (more than 60 times) where she “vacations” meaning she takes time to practice her skills to sell more stuff.
