Noah Elorfi joined Sharper MMS as its very first employee in the summer of 2020, fresh out of college and with hands-on experience working as a dock manager at a Shanghai Resort and Marina. After meeting Sharper’s founder during that time, he jumped in at ground level to help bring a new vision for marina management to life.

Since then, Noah has played a critical role in building the company from the ground up — serving at various points as product manager, customer success manager, technical implementation lead, and sales engineer. His deep understanding of both marina operations and technology has helped shape Sharper’s product roadmap, onboarding processes and customer support standards.

Today, as operations manager, Noah oversees the full customer journey — ensuring every marina gets the support, training and tools they need to succeed. Whether it’s leading a complex implementation, resolving a support challenge, or jumping in on a sales call, Noah is the steady hand behind much of what makes Sharper run smoothly.

Five years in, he’s still just as energized about the mission: building simple, powerful software that helps marinas save time, operate smarter, and grow with confidence.
