Mitchell Hansen Booth is a marina professional with more than six years of experience in marina operations, watercraft management and associate development. Currently serving as marina operations manager at Horseshoe Bay Resort, Hansen leads initiatives to optimize dockside services, enhance customer experiences and implement best practices to reduce environmental impact and boost operational efficiency. His previous roles include marina ship store manager, where he oversaw the expansion of the ship’s store offerings to include boating products, and marina supervisor, focusing on organization, best practices and employee relations. The Marina at Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas is a 340-slip marina with a ship’s store, fuel, rentals, charters and more, with an annual revenue of just under $4 million dollars. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Organizational Leadership, and HR Development from Texas Tech University, Hansen combines hospitality expertise and growing a strong team with a passion for fostering innovation in the marina industry.
