Charlotte Jacunski General Manager, Northshore & Waterford Marinas – VIP Marinas

Charlotte Jacunski is the general manager of Northshore and Waterford Marinas, part of VIP Marinas on Lake Travis in Austin, Texas. She began her career as a dockhand in 2014 and rose through the ranks of VIP to general manager of Northshore in 2021. Charlotte also served as president of the Marina Association of Texas from 2022–2024. With a degree in business management and her Certified Marina Operator (CMO) designation from the Association of Marina Industries, she combines hands-on experience with industry expertise to lead successful marina operations.
