Donna Morrow, Program Manager, Center for Marine & Coastal Stewardship, Department of Natural Resources
Donna currently leads the Center for Marine & Coastal Stewardship and oversees the Maryland Clean Marina initiative and the state’s marine sewage pump-out grant program (Clean Vessel Act grants). She has contributed to the development of a resiliency toolkit for marinas in the coastal zone as well as to marine debris reduction strategies in cooperation with mid-Atlantic regional partners following development of the Ocean Action Plan. Prior to joining Maryland DNR in 1998, she worked with yacht charter companies, professional charter boats, water taxis and marinas. Donna earned a BA in Sociology with an emphasis in Environmental Studies from Rollins College (Winter Park, Fla.) and holds a USCG 50-ton Master’s License.
